I had a very efficient and fuss free move thanks to their team! Highly recommend 💯 They sent the boxes 📦 within 3h since I contacted them and I did that while overseas. It was a last minute arrangement but they made it happen. 8am was the appointment for Point A to Pack, they left the house at 8.15am. At 8.46am, they have arrived at Point B to unload and 9am they were done. We are talking about 25 boxes and some miscellaneous containers along with 2 luggages. The team of 3 were super efficient, quick, trustworthy and acceded to my request of using floor protection sheets and not having the boxes placed near walls or windows. Just want to thank xm movers for being very professional and fast. They are very punctual. Uncle discovered some wood worms on the sofa and advised that we dont bring them to the new location otherwise it will spread. We wouldnt have known. Thank you Uncle for your advice! As it was a condo move from pt to pt, they seem to know exactly what was needed( it was our 1st time).The guard at the final location didnt allow them to use the loading bay and they had to push from the main road about 30 boxes albeit on trolleys. All 5 of them were friendly and pushed through. Upon arrival, they removed the cling wrap and moved the boxes to the respective rooms on our instructions. Fragile items were handled carefully.
